We are looking for an experienced Skilled Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

You are an IICRC-certified professional with meaningful, hands-on experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. You hold yourself to a high standard, taking pride in the quality of your work and the positive impact you have on customers during stressful times. You are a team player who leads by example and cares deeply about the success of your crew.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Execute restoration and production processes accurately according to work orders and leadership instructions.
Prepare and secure job sites and specific rooms/areas prior to beginning work activities.
Inventory and load work vehicles with the exact equipment, products, and supplies required for each daily project.
Maintain a pristine, organized company vehicle and ensure all equipment is kept clean and fully operational.
Ensure every job site is left with a clean, orderly, and professional appearance upon completion.
Foster a safe and collaborative environment by communicating openly with the Crew Chief and fellow technicians.

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.25 per hour

We assist in finding the source of damage, prevent further damage, remove damaged and affected structural material, personal property, demolition and cleaning. We are the first point of contact for many of our clients, and in many cases we represent insurance companies, property management companies and landlords.
